I was very happy with the coaching provided by Jane. I knew I needed a career change but was unsure of how to make it happen. I cannot recommend Jane at Clearview Coaching Services enough. I have worked with her on two separate occasions, and each time her guidance has been invaluable.

The first time I sought Jane’s help, I was planning a relocation after over a decade of self-employment in a niche field abroad. Her structured approach and thoughtful guidance helped me  identify a passion—both personal and professional—in a sector I had never previously considered, which inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in the subject.

After completing my degree, I turned to Jane once again for help with CV writing and interview preparation. Her insight, active listening skills, and tailored advice were instrumental in helping me present myself confidently and effectively, and within a month, I was offered a job opportunity I am delighted with.

Jane was the best investment I could have made for my career. During a period where I was very unclear on what my next moves should be, Jane was able to see me, my skills and my experience and present multiple paths I never would have considered.

I highly recommend Jane Downes and Clear View Coaching. I worked with Jane for 4 sessions, she is quite efficient and succinct. She has some templates on CV and interviews, and usually designs the calls around these. The sessions started strong, and I got a lot out of our first call. The second session on CV was slightly weak as it was designed for a more traditional role, or a role likely in Marketing or Sales, and not customised for new specializations that didn't exist 15 years ago and that's something not really on her! The third session was on interviews and career north star, which was helpful. I had a great session with Jane where she took me through my CV and gave me some really good advice on my job search. I took Jane's notes and updated my CV and then she feedback until we had the CV in tip top shape.

The service was invaluable as I secured a job and I got great feedback on my CV from my new employer.
